Our departments
Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Site Operations
Runs every construction project from site establishment to handover. Site supervisors, leading hands, carpenters, labourers and apprentices build the work to program, coordinate subcontractors and keep the daily site diary, prestart briefings and inspection records that prove the work was done safely and to specification.
Plumbing and Services
Installs and maintains water, sanitary, drainage, gas, roof plumbing and fire services. Licensed plumbers lead crews of registered plumbers and apprentices on new builds and run the maintenance and callout service, closing every job with the test results and compliance certificates the regulator requires.
Estimating and Contracts
Prices work, prepares tenders and manages contracts from signing to final claim. Estimators take off quantities from the drawings, build labour and material schedules and check subcontractor quotes. Contract administrators handle variations, progress claims, extensions of time and the paperwork behind every permit and approval.
WHS, Quality and Environment
Owns the integrated management system. The team writes and reviews policies, procedures and safe work method statements, runs inductions and audits, investigates incidents, keeps the hazardous chemicals register and manages waste and environmental controls so every site meets its legal duties and the company's certification.
Plant, Yard and Logistics
Runs the Dandenong South yard, the vehicle fleet, hired and owned plant, and materials deliveries to sites. The team keeps the plant register, schedules servicing and inspections, manages the store and makes sure the right equipment, tested and tagged, is on the right site when the crew arrives.
Business Support
Provides reception, accounts, payroll, human resources, apprentice administration and customer service. The team onboards new starters, tracks licences and training, processes timesheets and invoices, handles client complaints and defect requests, and keeps the records the company needs for the Fair Work Act, long service leave and the apprenticeship network.
