Site Operations
Runs every construction project from site establishment to handover. Site supervisors, leading hands, carpenters, labourers and apprentices build the work to program, coordinate subcontractors and keep the daily site diary, prestart briefings and inspection records that prove the work was done safely and to specification.

- Establish sites, fencing, amenities and signage before work starts

Who works here
Fiona Okafor
Runs all construction projects and the site supervisors, joined Keystone in 2013 after ten years as a site foreman on commercial builds.
Jack Whitlam
Runs the framing crew on the Kellerman Street townhouses, supervises two apprentices and has been with Keystone since finishing his own apprenticeship in 2015.
Tom Buckley
Works on the framing crew, completes his off-the-job training one week a month and is the go-to person for showing placement students around site.

WHS Incident and Hazard Register
The register of injuries, near misses, hazards, environmental incidents and corrective actions across every Keystone site.
Licences and Training Matrix
Tracks every worker's licences, high-risk work tickets, inductions and training with expiry dates so only qualified people do licensed work.
